Our PNG To ICO converter uses software known as "ImageMagick" to convert between the PNG/ICO file formats.

Why convert a PNG to ICO?

It's common for icon packages to come only in the PNG format, this creates a problem if you want to use those icons as favicons or to give a windows folder a custom icon. In these cases you will need to convert the image to the ICO format.
